What files arrive?
For each kit: a printable PDF and an editable UTF-8 CSV — six files in all, plus each kit's read-me.
Can I redistribute or resell the files?
No. The license covers one purchasing business and its internal team only.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — every kit carries a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If it isn't useful to your business, email the Desk within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. Because the files are digital, we ask — on the honor system — that you delete them if you take the refund.
